Is it safe to cook prawns from frozen in a stir fry or would I have to defrost them first?

Old age isn't bad when you consider the alternative.

I made the brownie mix I found on here somewhere and made the cookies but I didn't realise I would have so much mix left. What else can I make? I can't find the brownie recipe anywhere to go with this mix. The mix is dry and you need to add oil and eggs.. Thanks

Also, I am looking for the quick chocolate mousse recipe, cream and melted chocolate, can't find it, has anyone got it.. I am relatively new and not very good at finding things...;)

If you are using it for cooking, I don't see why not. I've a feeling that freezing it might effect alcohol content but I could be wrong ;)

Guinness will freeze ok, just leave room for it to expand. Half filled ice cube trays are great if you only need a bit for gravy.

Leave to soak in cold water. After a couple of hours you should be able to scrape it with a wooden spoon, if it's really bad, leave overnight.
