The pack of cooked, frozen prawns I have say you can cook from frozen.

I made the brownie mix I found on here somewhere and made the cookies but I didn't realise I would have so much mix left. What else can I make? I can't find the brownie recipe anywhere to go with this mix. The mix is dry and you need to add oil and eggs.. Thanks

i have been using a muffin recipe that i had from os

i now want to make savuory muffins..... so how do i adapt the recipe regarding the amount of sugar..
this is the recipe that i use at mo.....
9 oz plain flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 - 4oz sugar
1 egg
8 floz milk
3 floz veg oil

If you are using it for cooking, I don't see why not. I've a feeling that freezing it might effect alcohol content but I could be wrong0

Guinness will freeze ok, just leave room for it to expand. Half filled ice cube trays are great if you only need a bit for gravy.

Leave to soak in cold water. After a couple of hours you should be able to scrape it with a wooden spoon, if it's really bad, leave overnight.
