I am bumping this as I do need help
Hi There
We are out for posh nosh with friends tomorrow who are travelling to come here and staying over night. Got the George Foreman's out of the cupboard the other night and totally over-cooked the steaks. I want to do a brunch on Sunday with bacon and sausages. No clear cooking times in the instructions. Any help gratefully received! Bacon needs to be cooked moderate to crispy, according to taste! What about the sausages?
Thanks in advance

Can anyone tell me how to make a pasta sauce from condensed mushroom soup? I think it'd be a bit bland on its own?
Thanks0 -

add some fried onion and sliced mushrooms.
I used to make something called sausage stroganoff.
basically you cooked the sausages then sliced them up, added fried onions and the mushroom soup then a splash or malt vinegar, stirred it all togther, heated thro til bubbling, then poured over cooked penne pasta0 -

this may sound gross but you can also mix it with a tin of chopped tomatoes ...
Or you could add extra 'erbs or a splash of nutmeg or paprika.Signature removed for peace of mind0 -
