Just to update, earlier today I received an email from Tomas Carruthers :

"Thank you very much for your mail. It has been a very busy week and I understand your concern.

I will make it a priority for one of my colleagues to call you on Monday morning, if not before."

This method worked for me, I dealt with a lady called Jean Hallam and she knows the job inside out. Well impressed.

Well, at least I have received a response to a secure message:

"Concerning your payment of dividends, this issue should be unaffected by our migration as once we receive confirmation from the LSE of any dividends to be paid, we release them immediately to the shareholder. Therefore, if you did not receive them we have not received any such confirmation of them to be paid. "

Still waiting for dividends to appear - I will try the phone lines this evening.

Someone on another BB has got the FSA involved, so maybe something will be sorted soon?

I still haven't received a dividend from my ISA acccount which should have been paid on the 1st November.
I sent them a secure message about this yesterday and have not had a reply yet.
    Born to shop;)
  • when I buy a fund, it takes them around 2 days to execute the order, is this normal?

I sold a fund 1 day ago, and cash still not in account so i can't buy any others, is this normal?

iii is part of Capital Accumulation. You can email the CEO or other directors by going to the 'contact' tab on their website:

Well, I purchased a fund yesterday before lunch and this morning it was in my holdings so pretty much back to normal for fund buying.

  • I can certainly access my account and see my shares etc but agree dividends paid are not shown and email response is not meeting their 24 hour target. At least they replied today to the 3 emails although they missed a question.

If you try and set a percentage value on regular investments that does not work yet. There will be no option for changing a regular investment date from one month to the next, ie skipping a month. The only was they say is to delete your regular investments for that month. That is OK for me as I tend to go for only one a month.

There may be another way. That is to change the sum to be invested to a larger number when you know your account will have insufficient funds. They say that insufficient funds will cause all investments to fail. Suppose you want to invest at least £100 per month then set the sum to invest to a higher figure and it will not invest anything.

It would mean changing the percentage buy to an amount buy which would then fail.

Really - that's quick. Before the upgrade 'normal' for me was 2 or 3 days...
