iii.co.uk S&S ISA problems?

III blocked my trading account yesterday saying I have tried to log on incorrectly too many times.
As I hadn't tried to access the account, I'm worried that someone else may have. I can't even check to
see in my funds are safe, so I'm rather worried and very upset with their poor service, I spent most of yesterday
trying to phone them with no success. I've asked for a call back, again no success, and I sent two secure emails
and no reply either.
Some of the numbers on "Say No to 0870" are for the old Halifax based service. You have to call either their
0845 200 3637, where I get put on permanent hold, or 0141 206 3912 which doesn't get answered.
Has anyone got a number that works, where I can speak to a person?
Also has anyone got any ideas for a reasonable UK broker who I should look to moving to?
Thanks0 -
I have sent various emails and made phone calls from Monday and still haven't had a respomse. So in the end I pulled my money out and luckily the money went into my bank account yesterday without any problems.
In a nutshell something is funny at iii.co.uk.0 -

Still no sign of any dividends and no reponse to any of my messages - now 4 days. You don't think iii have been taken over by Santander do you....?
Lets hope things are sorted by next Monday.0 -
The CEO is Tomas Caruthers - email: ceo@iii.co.uk.
I have emailed my concerns today and will update with any response.0 -
Ah,BLB53 has beaten me to the post. At the bottom on the III page is "About Us" where you can link through
to the firm that owns them with contact details. A quick email to the CEO, and a few hours later the III Customer
Service Manager emailed me back.
While I still haven't been able to sort out the log in problems, at least I'm in contact with a human and not being
ignored or left in a phone queue.0 -
Any one found the dividends received page ? I can not imagine that it wouldn't be there but darned if I can find it.
My first impressions are not favourable. I couldn't log in initially using my original account username and was about to give up when I tried my III account name. That worked but it isn't what I had chosen to use for my dealing account user name.
The whole platform isn't particularly user friendly but will give it a chance to see what happens"The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts."

Account Admin -> Historic Statements, then select Dividend Income, Dates, and ISA account from the drop down menus.0 -

Yes thats what I thought just playing about with it I note that it doesn't display anything on screen but I asked for a download on the off-chance but expecting a blank screen and the actual figures are downloaded. Go figure !"The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts."
