1 UU this week : 250ml bottle of Ojon shampoo. WNBA. Have another in my stash to use up but after that's gone won't repurchase. Don't like the smell of it.
I have put a half full pot of Ojon Restorative Treatment on the FB page if anyone fancies swapping it for something to try. I'm after some body scrub if anyone wants to swap.
Have showered today using my new Bath and Body Works Sweet Pea fragrance and have painted my toes and fingers. On toes am wearing Essie Lovie Dovie and on fingers OPI Meep Meep Meep.
Val, I responded on Facebook to your post.0 -
I need to report in to the naughty step. I forgot I was supposed to be avoiding Sainsbury's and their half price haircare offer. Ended up in there on Sun to get food shopping for the week and, well, you know the rest.
Bought the John Frieda Volume shampoo and conditioner and the Brunette shampoo and conditioner, so that's 4 ins for me. I feel a bit guilty as I have literally years worth (prob about 3!) of shampoo and conditioner in the stash, but not much JF and I do love the stuff, and I so rarely see it on offer... ah well, too late now anyway!
I am now avoiding all other toiletry shops until I actually NEED to buy something!!
xx
Hi Flirtini:)
It is interesting that you love JF as I brought a heap of his products really cheap ages ago and only just now onto my last conditioner and will be well pleased when it is finished. Not nearly conditioning enough for my hair, not a horrible product but I was disappointed as I expected better. Everyone has different results with products and i feel your pain having such a large stash, I had about 40 different shampoos and conditioners at one point and point blank refused to buy anymore until i got down to just a couple of each. Was quite painful as I had brought a lot of cheap shampoos and conditioners and took a couple of years:DThailand 3010/15000 20150 -

I need your sympathy, ladies!
I went upstairs to my Big Drawer in the Bathroom to find that my huge bottle of lovely Matthew Williamson perfume has leaked away due to some metal in the frame coming loose from the glass. I've had that bottle at least 2 years and hadn't even used 1/3 of it as it is strong, so you only need a little bit.
And it was my birthday. And the perfume was a birthday present back when I received it.Please call me 'Pickle'

Apologies all, I'm being very slack with reading and posting this month - real life keeps getting in the way....
2 x UU's - another can of that Mitchum Anti-persp - WIBA? Well I still have some, but when I see a good offer I will stock up again. I bought 4 cans of Boots 24hr stuff in their recent special offer on the basis that I can use that during the winter when I need something less heavy-duty, and save the Mitchum for the warmer weather.
Body Shop Moringa Shower Gel - WIBA? Yes, I like TBS gels, but I still have plenty in stock at the moment. I've got the end of the Sweet Lemon one out to finish next.

Used Up report:
Jergens Naturals Skin Firming moisturizer - natural & inexpensive, smells good too, but will not buy again because I felt it took a long time to absorb and always sits on top of the skin for ages. Didn't notice any firming effects whatsoever either. I'm really starting to believe that these "firming, cellulite busting" claims are just marketing gimmicks (sure has taken me long enough lol!)0 -

It does seem to agree with my hair - when I'm on a budgeting kick I think I can probably get something a lot cheaper that will do as well like the Elvive/Herbal essences stuff, so it's not like it suddenly makes my hair amazing, but it keeps it in decent condition rather than straw-like. Thinking about it, maybe I just like the smell?I don't use the 'straight' 'curly' or 'defrizz' stuff - just the brunette which I think does give a bit more shine and the volumising (not sure it actually does any volumising but it does make my hair feel nice). I think I'd buy it on offer, but would balk slight at full price now - as I say, there's products that do as good a job cheaper, or if I was looking to splurge on a high end product I might treat myself to a Redken or Kerastase set...

Sympathy heading your way!! that's such a shame. I have a Penhaligon's perfume that is my absolute favourite and costs a blummin fortune (it was a birthday present too!) and I'd be so upset if it leaked. xxx
Still no UU yet for me this month. Lot's of eternal splutterers - things that when I liked them and used them seemed to run out instantly, now I'm bored of them and just want them gone they're magically never-ending!! :rotfl:0 -

Hi Ladies,
Sorry I've been AWOL. Tried not to fail too much!
UU
Superdrug Nourishing Nail Varnish Remover: WIBA? Yes. Bought the moisturising one to replace this one.
Wilko Brunette Dry Shampoo: WIBA? Yes. It was very good value for money (cost 98p) and lasted a lot longer than my last can of Batiste. Now onto a mini Batiste my niece bought for me a couple of months ago.
IN
Superdrug Moisturising Nail Varnish Remover.
Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick in Bronze - I had a £25 birthday/rewards voucher from House of Fraser, and figured this would be the best time to buy one. I've wanted to buy a shimmer brick for a couple of years, but I know it's not something I'd use that often. I figured for £5.50 cash it was a good buy, there's nothing else I really wanted/needed.
Pickle I'm sorry to hear about your perfume
Hanval you have my condolences *hugs*
Work has been busy, and the hot water/heating at home has been playing up, so baths/hair washing are very quick and no time for pampering, simply because I don't want to freeze to death!
Going to demote a perfume a good friend gave me. It's Space NK Stillness. It's quite nice, but does smell more like it a men's fragrance. Going into the bathroom at home as an air freshener, or same thing but at work.
Does anybody have any primer recommendations? I've heard good things about the 17 one..?
How have you all been?
