I wouldn't mind trick or treaters but the kids on my street are little sh%$s. The kind that like to sit behind your car when your trying to reverse or knock over the wheely bin when its out on bin day. The parents ignore you in the street.
I dressed my little one up, gave him some sweeties in a little pumpkin from me and then we walked along to his nana's where he got some more sweeties and played some party games. He had fun.
Hallowe'en is fun but I disagree with giving to kids that I don't even know. Next year ill take my LO to a Hallowe'en party I think.0 -
Someone around the corner had her kids pumpkin smashed up
and somebody stole our glowing spider from the doorstep - my youngest would have been gutted if they'd smashed his pumpkin!
Both of us gave sweets to everyone who knocked (my husband stayed at home while I took the children out) so there's no excuse for it
