You know, I do get that, I really do, but in this case I would have thought it would be manageable. You only have to find an extra £1..well okay £1.02 I suppose for Lidl, to increase your 4 tins to twelve. (With the glitch of course.) I'd have thought it would be an idea to maybe give something else a miss for a week if necessary rather than let the deal go altogether.:)
I agree with you its such a good deal if the glitch works. Can you freeze beans ? my mum in law buys the small tins at around 30p because she dont like wasting food.

Checked at my Mr T extra this morning and they (beans) are not on offer.

There was no offer on the shelf at my local Mr T but I got a nice man to scan them as I told him they were bogtf and he did and even said that they were going through as the 3 for £2

Yes you can. I freeze them for my son all the time....he never complains ;)

The tomatoes and the cheese wasn't marked up as B1G2F in my Extra Store but went through anyway.

The pies were on the end of an aisle for me...bit worried that I didn't check the dates on them though (they are in the boot of the car).

The Heinz snackpots are currently on offer for 4 for £1 at Asda so she would be better off buying them there.

None of these worked in my Tesco - all came up full price. SA said they were not on offer as no signs for them. Even made them check through the tills and was all coming up with no offer. This was Hatfield Extra.

Didnt work for me that glitch scanning @ £2.55 BOG2F

Theres a tiny glitch on the branston beans, buy three packs of 4 tins, B1G2F should be £2.55 but scanning at £2.

Thats 12 tins for £2! Less than 16p per tin which is the best price ive seen! I usually stack up when I see them at £1 for a four pack so this is brill!
