I agree about tinned toms-the supermarkets value brands are ok but very bitter and watery. I have found the only good cheap ones to be aldis rich tasty sauce and sweet toms-yummy on their own. In fact with just a bit of stock and water you could turn them into a soup with nothing else they are so nice. for 33p a tin its a bargain.
NB never tried lidls and some peeps on here say they are good as well.
Beans wise its either offer beans (think morrisons did branstons at 4 for £1 a while back) or aldis, DD1 and DD2 like aldis beans and sausage better than heinz as they are "proper" little sausages as opposed to a hotdog type one in heinz.
Still have to keep nipping in mr t's for those bargains lol.

I think that was probably only for Halloween.
Was on offer when I went in Monday, so I think you missed it by a day.
Also, with the Crisp b1g2f offer Hula Hoops Multi 10pack are also included!0 -

I was cross that, as usual, my local had no stock of these but then noticed that by the door they had a huge pile of chopped tomatoes under the brand name of 'East End' which were showing as a half price offer at 29p per tin.
This is better value than the B1G2F Parioloi which work out at just over 31p each or even the value range which are 33p each. :TIf you're not scared, you're not paying attention0 -

I got a few of those tins too, if I keep buying tinned toms I'll need to allocate my bedroom to them and move onto the couch to sleep!
I got the beans, there was no BOG2F SEL, asked a floor assistant and she said she didn't know anything about it, so took them to the checkout and said if they didn't go through at BOG2F I didn't want them - they did, and the glitch worked too:j0
