After all the chocolate, I swan dived onto the couch and stayed there for the remainder of the day like the big fat bloater I am :(

Me too! (Sofa diving that is)....and we're not big fat bloaters....we are women with the common sense not to tackle the world on a Sunday, and to stay home and appreciate the extra squidgy (or squidy as I typed first) end of our very comfortable sofas...:D

Though truth be told, I do feel a little sick from all the chocolate!:p

I hope no-one minds but we're trying to get the word out as much as possible - a lady over on the pets board lost her dog last night.

She was out with him when a firework went off and he slipped his collar:( and went hurtling off in the other direction from home.

He's a really old boy and she's beside herself with worry .... if anyone's in/near Nairn, please can you keep an eye out for Rudy:

I wish there was something I could do - I just feel awful that he's out somewhere all alone & must be so scared and with him being an old lad it just seems so much worse.

Thanks (there's a thread on the pets board as well)

I need to be good this month so can I join in slightly belatedly please? I'll be aiming for 10

Hi flying_fresian, yes of course you may join in, it's never too late here.

I'll add you to the front page later, in the meantime, pull up a chair and make yourself at home.

Good luck with nabbing those NSDs.

That is awful, she must be worried sick:( Hopefully he's hiding away somewhere safe until the noise dies down, fingers crossed for his safe return.
