  • Wow - so impressed with everyone's achievements. Right, that's it. Staying on the sofa all day, strapping the clicky finger down so it can't buy anything on the internet - today shall be another NSD!!
  • Good morning. :) Phew, that was a long catch up since the last time I posted. Still nothing to declare here:

    Tues - shopping
Weds - DH next year Christmas present
    Thurs - DS2 Christmas present
Fri - DS1 Christmas present (although hasn't come out of bank yet, it's a pre-order so maybe it'll come out when it's dispatched?), take away night
Sat - little bit of top up shopping

Not sure about today, we're planning on going out later, but I think we have money in the car for parking so that won't count (hopefully have enough) and we'll take drinks etc with us, although not holding out much hope for a spend free day, I'm never very good at that when DS's aren't here.

Should be another NSD today as once again not planning to go out and spend any money but may give in to online christmas shopping, trying to hold off until tomorrow as Monday will be a spendy day anyway.May just do some internet window shopping:rotfl:

What an amazingly beautiful day! Can't wait to get my butt outside for a lovely walk in the hills (might see if I can get the rest of me to go too...;)).

Wish it was a NSD for me today but I always go out for dinner with a friend every week on a Sunday so it will always be a spendy day.

Even though yesterday was a spend day I'm a bit annoyed with how much I spent. I went to Asda and it was my turn to pay (I alternate with my mum for the weekly shop) and it came to £69!!! We got a lot of things on offer at half price to put away so it is good economical sense really but it just feels like I've burned a massive hole in my pocket! Oh well, at least I got everything for weekday lunches so might get 5 NSD's Mon-Fri to even it out a little bit.

I find these NSD's useful as I just cannot seem to control myself otherwise...grrrrrrrrrr

Anyway, have a lovely Sunday all you NSDer's xxx

Morning all! Not been on since Friday. so had a few pages to read to catch up! Well done everyone on all the NSDs nabbed!! :T:T

    Managed
NSD 3on Friday and having NSD 4 today.

Almost nabbed another yesterday. Was at an all-day sewing workshop and planned on browsing the shop where it was held. I was so busy I didn't have time to spend money!! So on my way home it looked like an NSD, but then the fuel light came on in the car. :( Checked my £5 off per litre Mr T voucher, which ran out today, so decided to stop off and fill up @ Mr T as I passed one on my way home. Also did a top-up shop, getting a few things, including a good amount of BOGOF veg :D

Spoon, thanks for the support re the sleigh, must get DH to mend it today. We also need to clear out and clean the greenhouse, hope to get it bubble-wrapped too, before starting to get the more tender plants in for the winter.

Trying to get organised this year, taking DS2 up to Staffs Uni Open Day next weekend, then I'm having an op the next week, so will be out of action for at least a couple of weeks after that. So it's this weekend or never!!

Have a lovely Sunday everyone, hope its a thrifty one!
