Hotspots or boxes of stuff. I’m sure we all have at least one. Actually I wonder who has the most! Sort at least one of them, completely, properly not half heartedly. Ohhh this'll be the jumpers :)

I batch cooked yesterday for tonight. But it is a new thing :) So perhaps this is done :) Although adventurous it's not :rotfl:

    [STRIKE]Friday Bedtime
Time to change the duvet for a higher tog; test the electric blanket; check the hot water bottles for leaks and get the flannelette sheets out. If possible wash light weight duvets before storing for winter – stored in pillow cases they can be left on the bed as extra cushions if you lack space or placed flat underneath the mattress for added warmth.[/STRIKE]
Done this last week :) It was getting chilly and I was averse to putting the heating on :)

On top of all this I must make a B'day card for big sis :)

Hugs sticks and spoons all round x

Surely with your brood somebody would eat something new?

My something new is going to be mulled cider rather than wine when friends come around on Sunday :rotfl:

Nixie - I've missed you from my star chart - sorry - how many of each do I owe you?

    Morning all

Very wet here and I'm feeling very bleurgh, it's been a long week so rather than go shopping like I intended I am going to do as much as I can in the family room.

DS3 running in a cross country later, I so hope it has stopped raining by then.

    Morning all,

I'm waiting in for the gas man. hen when he has been I need to go food shopping.

So far I have done the kitchen, utility, started tidying our bedroom but lost the will to live, so am now going to do our bathroom.
The shower curtain smells so needs a wash.
I will get back to Dustys lists next week.

Quick trip to amazon and 2 more presents winging there way here, that's cheered me up off to do a quick tidy around and then to tackle the family room.

  • weather horribel here - rainy and miserable - it loks like it will be wet play at work ( shudders.....)

Washing sorted, washing up done and all kids breakfasted. DS is up - he worked until 10 last night and will be back in again for 11 today.

Ironing backlog well on the way to being sorted!

I have spent this morning sub, itting a competition entry. Mark Billingham the author started a story and entrants had 1200 words to finish it! I feel as if I have accomplished something! If anyone is vaguely interested in reading my effort send me a PM and I'll send you the address of the site - there are plenty of entries to have a look and vote for!

Off to put some washing in the drier in the garage..
