I've found that my Littlewoods, K & Co and Very increase my limit by £300 at the beginning of every month if I place an order. The limits are way too high and I agree if you shop around you can sometimes find some things a bit cheaper, however when the sales are on you can get some cracking bargains!
  • I buy my jeans in Asda or Tesco's at £4 per time. Why pay more just for a fancy label?

    Because I can.

Forgive me if I come across sounding rude or anything, but I am in a position where I do have the disposable income to be able to effort "nice" clothes so to speak, and if it can have an effect on my credit rating too then great.

I don't think there is anything wrong with cheaper jeans, I own a couple of Asda pairs myself, very good for doing a few jobs round the house etc, but when I'm going out, trying (and last night failing, anyway :P ) to impress the ladies then I want to wear something a litter higher end.

Plus I like the look the look of superdry jeans, very comfortable, colours don't run and stains wash out easier and most importantly they last. I have a pair that is coming on for 3 years old, gets a lot of use and still is in great condition.

But that is just me, to each their own I say

Very are similar to high street prices but I still find I can get something much cheaper from shopping around online.

And yes, I am aware of that. Maybe a TV was a bad example on my part. Especially with the Job I'm in, working for a company that have very good connections in the TV business, and a lot of manufacturers offer staff members offer discounts of up to 40% to us.

And we get the subscription for free too, I'm sure by that you can all figure out what company it is!

    Some folk are style concious.

It's not about the label for me it's about the quality - I buy my food from Asda but I would not be seen dead in there clothes.

Wouldn't knock em too much. A lot of their stuf is actually not bad. without prior knowledge you could easily mistaken their stuff for brand name.

Take matalan for example, they do some great shirts and good prices. If I need a shirt then thats the first place I go, then asda, then high street.

Trying getting a contract phone, or something less risky. Once you have build up a year or so worth of good a accounts, you should get one NP.
