Jointing a chicken

Gona look into jointing a chicken. I have two in the freezer. Can I thaw them, then joint them, then freeze them in their separated portions? I'm guessing not, and that with the ones I've got, I should just use whole.0

NO !! you mustn't refeeze meat unless you cook it first. Best thing is to joint it before you freeze it.0

I thought it might leave the juice a bit fatty.
Also in a previous post you mentioned the water seal around the lid. I havn't got an instruction book is this correct and why. what if you only have a bit of water in does this still happen (I have noticed my meal which is still cooking has water around the top - so I must have done something right).
Also would it have helped if I had put boiling water in from the start?became debt free December 060 -
Rats! I didn't read the date at the begining of this thread and was going to rush off to Tesco to get my BOGOF chickens
