I've been told by customer services that it's only available in 3 Ikea stores. That's us in Wales left out again then! We're always the last to get any new services, stock etc.
Wonder if it's a store near me?? Free coffee sounds good, could pop in and read the free newspapers aswell0 -
popped into the one at Lakeside Thurrock and asked they said all staff are being trained this week on the card and it should be up and running by Easter0

Fill in a form at your local store and you get a card to use straight away.
The card entitles you to free tea or coffeee in the restaurant mon-fri.
They have a new family department and you get 25% off the stuff in there with your card too.
Its not like coffeee costs a lot in Ikea but every little helps:beer:

I picked one up from Leeds on Tuesday night - it's a transparent orange card with IKEA family on it in white - just fill out a form, detach the card and drop the form in a box. Really easy and definently not connected to the credit card - we checked very carefully.
They had a few bits of furniture including a desk chair on 25% off and as a desk chair was one of the things on our list I was really pleased, especially when the guy at the till scanned the card and our total went down :TInitial Mortgage January 2024 - £160,000

you do at warrington anyway - it didnt work when i tried it at leeds
I was told at Leeds that they're the only Ikea that don't give a free drink to Ikea Store card holders! My lovely pink card has saved quite a lot over the last two years. The food in Ikea is yummy too and so cheap.0 -
IKEA Gateshead don't have the loyalty card available till 14th February either - so i'll pop back after then!!0
