    Yes I understand it was an eBay purchase but a case can be opened in either eBay or PayPal, not both. The difference is timescales and ease of use. IMHO PayPal is easier.

    So what do I have to do then just wait? As I said we hit stale mate and I cant see how I can do anything to get this resolved.

    You just have to wait for ebay to make the decision to tell you to send it back for a refund.

    OK thanks, I was assuming that ebay have not bothered to read anything seeing as the messages were just me and the seller arguing. Still mad with the seller considering once sent back if I win he will get no where near £300 for his set up if he would send some money back I wouldnt be happy but it would be better then £30 down for nothing.
