Tesco Double Up Clubcard Rewards

hmmm, i follow it and in the bit where it says Christmas Clubcard Voucher Exchange i then click on toys but only 2 items come up - and nowhere to input my voucher code? Confused.com

When does the double up finish as I seem to remember last year they sent out an extra surprise december statement for xmas and i'm hoping my life insurance points will be added to my statement by then

Yea lol, I was mega stressed yesterday as I had an error, had to do everything over the phone.
But £160 worth later for £80s I was happy

No, go onto the Tesco website under the Clubcard section. Choose the my account option and listed will be my vouchers, click on that and it will list all the vouchers you haven't yet spent including the new ones. Make a note of the codes or print off a screen shot and then go into the rewards section to double up.

In desperate need of a new iron so "whooppee"...Tesco Double up Voucher promotion. I chose my iron, exchanged £50 of Tesco Clubcard vouchers for £100 of e-vouchers and ordered the iron. Ok so far so good...! Payment....I was only allowed to use £80 worth of my e-vouchers because the vouchers were in £20 denominations and the iron was £99.97 and guess what....Tesco won't give me 3p change!! I rang Customer services & a very apologetic advisor told me that you have to spend the exact amount or more, but definitely not less!! I said that I didn't particularly want the 3p back, they could keep it, but even after speaking to his supervisor, I still couldn't use my last £20 e-voucher. I paid the outstanding amount of £19.97 on my debit card and I'm now left with a £20 voucher to spend on Small Electricals...but I don't want anymore Small Electricals!! Aaaarrrggghh!
I'll be leaving feedback on the Tesco site as the confirmation email I received AFTER I'd chosen the amount of Clubcard vouchers I wanted to exchange was the only place that states that the cost of the item you're purchasing must equal or exceed the value of the e-voucher. Too late then! :mad:
