i am trying to buy the skylanders starter pack at £49.99 but its only taking the original voucher amount off and not double???
can anyone tell me what i am doing wrong please xx

This may sound a silly question but did you double your vouchers up before you used them? You need to use the double up process to get double the vouchers. You will also either have to double up to either £40 and pay £9.99 or double up to £50 and buy something else!

When I log into my account, I can see codes for my Clubcard. These are codes not vouchers as I originally opted to receive mine in the post. I want to buy some toys on line but I can't work out how to do this. Can anyone help me please? Thanks.

When you go to pay there is a box to enter the codes of your vouchers. Your vouchers will still arrive but you won't be able to use them instore if you have used them online.

ETA unless you want to double the vouchers up which you would need to do first.
  • Hi, just a quick question about skylanders. I have only heard about it on this thread, would it be suitable for a 5 yr old boy? or is he too small. He loves xbox games, but I don't want to waste my money if it is not suitable. thanx.

WOW do you save all year, I have looked back through my account and its taken me 3 years to get £350 worth of points for vouchers, to be able to double up for that haul.

Do you put money into the xmas saver scheme.

Why didnt you use the rest of your vouchers instead of paying with your CC.
    Well done you.

My boyfriend uses the Tesco Credit Card to book his weekly flights to Ireland and all his business expenses so that helps, plus I use it for the weekly shop and online purchases, it soon adds up you would be surprised.
Seriously worn out from all this

The thing is these are codes not vouchers. I've tried using them on line but they say that they are not vouchers. Confused!

Have you doubled up the vouchers online?

I assume if you have you will get a new voucher code via email that will take into account the double up?

No, I haven't done that. I will go and see if I can do it now.
Thanks for taking the time to reply. xx
