TalkTalk LLU is fully unbundled - your line connects to TT phone equipment as well as broadband equipment.

Even if you do not pay for a Talk Talk phone line ???

Then you are not TT LLU. ;) TT still offer broadband via BT's IPStream system.

You can tell whether you are on TT LLU - phone 17070: if you only get your number read back, and no options, then you are on LLU. If you get options (e.g. 2 for Quiet Line Test) then you are on IPStream. :)

So you were one of the few lucky ones. :)

Were you on TT LLU? So yours was indeed a LLU-LLU migration?

    Yep that was the case.

FYI I feel very lucky to have escaped from TalkTalk :)

That wasn't exactly what I meant :rotfl: but I can see why you thought that. :)

I will be leaving TalkTalk after xmas mainly due to 3 phone calls a day from their marketing dept. Not to mention rubbish download rates etc.

    Why wait until after Xmas?

Have you set your account profile to no marketing? If yes then they are breaking their own rules by calling you.

A lot of people don't realise that the account default for marketing communications is to opt you in. TT don't exactly go out of their way to tell you, either.
