O.k i need a smack on the hand.
Spent £4.57 it was mostly whoopsies, i went to 4 supermarkets doing my usual promo work and ms jobs, in tescos the big store, i got 4 lindt bells for a quid, always wonder why i don't get more! so yummy.
Asda spent £1.07 got 3 fruit salad bars, 20p for a pack of 5 pancakes with strawberry sauce inside whoopsied and x 2 packs of 50/50 pockets, like pitta pockets.
I then thought i could resist the next sm, but was browsing the reduced area, but didnt see anything i fancied, as i was about to leave the man reducing the stuff said, look bananas a pack for 30p, i said no thank you, i don't like bananas, so he said look in the trolley i am reducing them all, so ended up with a pack of red rooster potatoes for 62p, a pack of 4 jazz apples t finest 44p and a pack of tfinest vine tomates 44p, * sigh i cant keep away, bread and pancakes in the freezer.
Also went to lidl specifically to look for their cellophane at 99p a roll,, which i need for a gift, so maybe that doesnt count, wrapping the gift and making choccie slabs with my 5 year old god daughter when she comes to stay in 2 weeks.

mon - sweet chilli salmon, new pots and carrots
tues - chilli and coriander sausages, pasta and sauce
wed - ham and pineapple pizza
thurs - fish pie and veg

Only sunday and thursday contain food bought at full price! lunches will be some HM parsnip and carrot and cumin soup I made to use up my veg last week. I am hoping to do some baking with DS (2 1/2) tomorrow. We made rock cakes last week which he really enjoyed. I had to sweep the floor twice afterwards to get rid of all the sugar!

Hi compbunny
I am sure you are glad that the funeral is over now. So many emotions come to the surface at this time. I agree with you about love. Some people are scared to love in case they lose, but they are missing out on so much. Take care of yourself."You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream"C. S. Lewis

Hi All,
Just a quick post and run I'm afraid.
Haven't updated sig yet but am still under. Tomorrow is final day for us and new month Thursday. I'll try and sort out sig later tonight.
Well done for some fantastic achievments in November. :T
Hugs for you compbunny.
Gotta run.
Take care,

Thanks for the update Recovering Spendaholic, its a shame that the coffee shop isn't practical for the future but I'm sure selling on your own terms will be much better
Adding £4.30... Lazy food. Been so much of it this month with my Grandfather being hospitalised (visiting every single evening and sometimes daytime too) then sadly passing away. We had the funeral today which was difficult being around my estranged father, but nice to commemorate Grandad's life and remember how very special he was and how lucky I was to be so close to him. It really is true when they say it is better to have loved and to lose than to never love at all xx
So true about loving and losing compbunny Glad the funeral went as well as could be expected :grouphug:Be the change you want to see in the world - Gandhi

I haven't spent any more on groceries and I won't be spending anything today (other than maybe £1.18 for milk!) so I am going to add that to my sig just in case and declare 192.36 for November
So £7.64 under budget :j:j:j

Good morning all
Decided not to get my As*a delivery this week, due to complete hassle I had over the last few weeks. It is normally delivered Thursday at the latest but had a message in town last night and decided to get what I needed.
Total in Mr T's £29.71. Will update total now and know that I am under the £350. This is the first month that I have set my target as low as this and I have achieved it. So my new total for each month will be £350:):):). Though I am allowing and extra £100 for butcher and fresh food for Christmas, so my total will be higher. Making sense ??????
This is some change to what I was this time last year. I would honestly say I was hitting £600. Total and absolute waste of money. If I can do it anyone can. So keep going folks and welcome to all newbies who read this thread. Onwards and upwards for December."You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream"C. S. Lewis

Declaring at £328.51 for November. Failed again
Decided to up budget for December by £50. Even with meal planning and weekly shops I can't seem to get under £300. Just have to fiddle other budgets to find the extra. My DH always laughs about my creative budgeting. See you in December thread.
