couple of times i got an umberto gianni dazzling shine in the spotlight shine spray - was £2.99 = FREE

I went to Deepdale this morning.

Loads of the mags in (for 100pts off botanics and £1 off vitamins coupons)

NONE of the £5/£3 vouchers left when you went through the till (pharmacy lady told me this and no voucher on my 2nd transaction at main till either).

Time delay kits not marked down at all.

Suncream no7 is with the other suncream, not on the no7 counter but not a lot of £5.50 stuff left.

None of the £1.37 botanics anti-bac gel for men but had the body buffer things in the bath section (I picked up a £1.95 one today by mistake but I think they also had the £1.50 ones).

Loads of the burgundy bags and lipstick bags near the tills at the front of the store. £6.50ea. £5 voucher worked on burgundy bag and 2x£5.50 products. I used the 250pts voucher out of the burgundy bag to then go back and get the lipstick bag but although sa took voucher it didn't show up on receipt so I went back straight away and she happily put it on manually.

It seems to be a regular thing that you can hand in points vouchers and they keep them but the points haven't gone on so I'm gonna always check my receipt from now on.

Oh, and couldn't find the 50p caffeine strips and £1.75 vit c was sold out but got the £2.25 vit c (90 tabs) so with £1 off voucher and 300pts voucher out of burgundy bag, I still got paid £1.75 to take them away!!

About 2 of the UG shine spray left but a few more of the John Frieda £1.99 hairspray.

I've been to Wakefield again today. I've NEVER had one SA question or comment negatively on any offer I've used. They are very pleasant! Even the No. 7 SA put all my items into smaller transactions so I could earn the greatest number of vouchers!

So today I got a fantastic deal on the No. 7 Mask (the ones with 4 sachets in a box). On the shelf it said that they are now 1/2 price so 3.75 each. I took 3 up to the pharmacy counter and asked the SA if they were still on 3 for 2. She scanned them and said 'yes'. This is my receipt from that trip:

No. 7 Mask 7.50
No. 7 Mask 7.50
No. 7 Mask 0.00 (3 for 2 kicks in)

then

Mask saving 3.75 now 3.75
Mask saving 3.75 now 3.75
Mask saving 3.75 now 3.75

so 3.75 came off THREE times (even though above the 3rd one is free!)

Boots cold meds 1.99 now 0.99 (+used 100 pts voucher)
Lee Stafford shampoo 3.95 now 0.99 (used 3.00 voucher)

redeemed 5.00 No. 7 voucher so total came to 0.73! yes seventy three pence!!

The masks came to 3.75 TOTAL when you calculate the 3 for 2 that came off, plus half off all three. So the other 1.25 of my voucher went against the other items in the transaction. I also got a total of 113 points. So in effects boots PAID ME 40P TO TAKE THE PRODUCTS AWAY!

In another transaction I did the 6 for 1 and it worked fine. No comments at all from the SA. Also got botanics clay mask for 1.99, used 100 points voucher and got free mens moisturiser worth 8.75. Got more cold meds at 0.99 and used 100 points voucher, got kids vitamins 1.55 and used 1.00 off voucher from change 1 thing booklet. Got more haircare and used 3.00 and also used my 5.00 No. 7 voucher for suncare. Total to pay: 6.47, points earned: 243, savings 51.25

I was hoping this was going to be my last day using these vouchers, but I still have one left and it would be rude not to use it :rotfl: And I might as well stock up on the kids vitamins while I can get them at 55p a bottle!! Will the madness never end?????!!!!!

Boots at Deepdale in Preston have just had a new delivery of No7 sun stuff. The No7 lady had previously said she would call if she got more glossy locks in and keep 3 to one side for me, and she rang late yesterday to say it was there.

She also told me that she had scanned to check the price, and because of a glitch I would only have to pay for 1 of the 3, so I sounded very surprised lol.

She said they were being discontinued, but she wasn't sure if they would be brought out again but repackaged, there is some meeting or another in a couple of weeks, during which she will be told more info.

Plenty of Change One Thing leaflets and Boots mags left. Also found shelves of reduced Botanics (cheapest was 88p) next to tills, but too late by then as I couldn't be bothered to go back.

They have also run out of the £5/£3 vouchers so are no longer giving them out.

is the no 7 sun stuff usually near the other sun stuff because i cant find it in my local boots and its not very big ( braintree branch essex ) i have been looking for days and it just does not seem to be out , i would like a experienced bootser to help me as when i do find it dont know if ill have the bottle to do it as the no7 lady keeps giving me the evils lol
am having lots of luck with the botanics thou and even manage to look surprised every time it works , my hubby wanted some so i got him the expensive one in box free with body buffer ( no body bars in this one for ages )
