just had a very lengthy coversation about the faulty peel masks with a male at customer services.Appparently all of the sanctuary range is classed as skincare so can be refunded and exchanged without problems-i asked about the use of skincare vouchers as part payment and how would that affect the refund-he said that i should get the whole amount of the products orignal price before any discount so £3.75x2 and any problems then should tell them to call customer services.Love can tame the wildest0

I was the one that could not pay for the peel & wrap with points. Lady at pharmacy counter tried for me but could not get it to work. I have more than £50 on my card now due to all these great points vouchers and am dying to spend some of them, but was still happy to pay £8 cash to get the peel AND wrap, plus accrue yet more points
.
Perhaps I should try again in a different store... :rotfl:🥳🥳 SW -6st 3.5lbs 🥳🥳0 -

sassi wrote:i had no probs - possibly depends on sales assistant - some people have been refused the peel and wrap when paying with cash too, but definately goes through - till accepts it fine. 800 points for both peel and wrap....bargain! - good luck
I'm always a bit cheeky when the sa says they dont think I can have something, like the wrap when I paid using the parenting voucher, and use the line 'oh what a shame...I phoned customer services earlier and they said that it should go through okay' in a very innocent voice. I always find then that the sa goes 'oh well, lets try it then!' and is always so suprised when it works! A bit of fib, but my guilt doesnt last long! I didnt force them to put it through!0 -

I've had a few problems also with points being added on. When I am giving over so many vouchers I lose count of what I have. Hence no points and no voucher..... seems unfair. With the botanics sale products I have not had a problem at all, bought several weekend pamper gifts reduced to £3.00 used the voucher - 50p plus 100 points - not bad!!0

Grrrrrr! Boots.com is going crazy on me. I just want to get the peel and get the wrap free - i wanna get some other bits too coz i want free postage, im in need of a boots fix too.
Everytime i click on the free wrap picture it takes me top loreal stuff (???) and tells me i now have 7 items in basket (????) I HAVE ONE!!! It then jumps down to two items and then all over the place with each page i go on. Grrrr!
Is this happening to anyone else?Mummy of 3 lovely munchkins :smileyhea0 -
