This has happened to me on two occasions - and the culprit turned out to be.....

none other than the Boots Magazine!

When the items were put through again without the mag, the till accepted it with no problem.

Has anyone else managed to get a glycolic peel and wrap today? It didn't work for me earlier so I'm wondering if they've fixed the glitch now?

Quick question.
How are people managing to get more than one of each voucher from ACM???? I only got 1 Sanctuary 200 points voucher from machine & then found it hadn't gone through on receipt! :mad:
Help what am i doing wrong

It also gave me a 75 extra points when you spend £10 or more on qualifying products. I didn't use that as I didn't understand what it meant (doh!). Could I have used that today? Along with the four others?

One bootsing guy to another , You could have mate, although I do think it depends on the SA you deal with at the time. Some might get funny, although they have no right!

I've never had any problems with using both vouchers in 1 transaction.

Found ANOTHER voucher today.... ahh boots being just round the corner from work....

She didn't even attempt to scan it, she just handed it back to me and said "one per transaction".

Beng a bloke and a Boots novice I didn't feel "experienced" enough to disagree.

Yes, it's the same for me. I'm a bit worried about the security on the site because I logged in no problems, but then on one page it called me Noreen and then the next minute it was calling me Kok Wai! Neither of which is my name! And it keeps telling me I have things in my basket but when I go to look there's nothing there!

I used both the male and female vouchers together 6 times today so i think you just got a jobsworth unfortunatly

She probably didn't look at them properly and thought they were 2 of the same (ie both female or both male ones).
