I bought a No7 essential moisture night cream on 31 Jan, went to use it last night and noticed the seal wasn't in tact and the container is only half full, although it didn't look used.

I still have the receipt, do you think I will have any problems taking this back?

Bought it on 342 with 2 No.7 suncreams and £5 voucher, £3 to pay. Should I take it back with or without receipt as have heard that some people have not been honoured the £5 in respect of the voucher when exchanging goods?

Hmm... must be a No 7 thing. I bought a No 7 eye palette last week and when I went to use it this morning I saw it has a finger print in the powder. I'm going to give customer services another ring this afternoon as I'm not happy. I can't find the receipt either and I've thrown all the packaging away so I don't know what they'll say, but at least I can register my annoyance *regrets being obsessively tidy*

i want to exchange a no7 facial suncare kit but can't as the helpful staff at the store have removed the plastic tags and cards to make it look used!
Also purchased 2 sanctuary peel masks marked at £3.75 in clearnace but they are rock hard and have lost their shelf life so i cant use them as a peel but could easily use it to break a window!Still have a receipt for these but unsure as to what they might say

I went to Boots with my parenting voucher, got the 200 points coupon from AC machine.

I picked up Hydro Quench night cream £15.50
    Free Wrap
    Sanctuary facial wipes - £5.00

I used parenting voucher, 200 points sanctuary coupon and £2.50 skincare voucher and the 250 points voucher from my 1st wrap. This left £2.50 to pay and gave me 450 AC points :T :T :T

Could I use the 100p voucher for botanics in the magazine,

the £2 voucher from the wrap,

and the £2.50 womens/mens skincare voucher

in one go--to get 1 Botanics item?

£2 voucher from wrap is for £2 off sanctuary spa products...not botanics i'm afraid.

i got 8x lipbalms with the skincare vouchers (5 of which were found on floor, in both boots and poundland!)

used 100 points vouchers from boots mags then
used the 800 points i'd gained to buy the peel and free wrap ]- very pleased!
used the mens ones with botanics shaving gels and loreal manexpert foams. boyfriend pleased as will not need to buy shaving gel for very long time!

total spent in boots today was under £3 for the gels and foams- everything else my fave price- free!

i asked this the other day too so if anyone could let us know that would be great. i have two sitting in my purse just waiting for a bargain to jump out!

I had one of those vouchers last summer, and it would, at the time, only go through with the Pregnancy Mediterranean range and not the normal Med range.
I actually "bought" the pink toiletries bag, that was worth £10, if I remember correctly, the voucher was for £5?? But it worked at the time, letting me have it for nothing.
Not sure if they still do them, but its in a little pink and clear bag, "Nourishing & Revitalising minis", includes body massage butter, bath milk, pregnancy wonderbalm and revitilising foot and leg spray.

Like I say, I got mine about a year or so ago, but worth a try. By the way, the pregnancy Med range is with the baby toiletries. I remember having difficulty in finding it.
if you cant have what you want, be grateful for what you have :T

    Pickle number 3 arrived 24th december 2007 :A

i am part of the parenting club but not had much for a while now. Are these vouchers which are being discussed on here only for mums to be?

  • hey

does anyone know how to find out which Boots stores stock ipods??

Maybe call/email customer service, I think it's usually just the larger stores. I know they have them in the Trafford/Manchester store (maybe too far for you?)
