it maybe the Essential Aromatherapy voucher that wasn't scanning - it happened to me twice and the SA had to do it manually and said they'd had trouble with this one, Just so you can all look out for it!! HTH

I bought the pillow spray and it didn't work for me. SA said it was because the vouchers states "displayed in : Bathing" which it isn't so wouldn't put the points on.

I bought a No7 essential moisture night cream on 31 Jan, went to use it last night and noticed the seal wasn't in tact and the container is only half full, although it didn't look used.

I still have the receipt, do you think I will have any problems taking this back?

Bought it on 342 with 2 No.7 suncreams and £5 voucher, £3 to pay. Should I take it back with or without receipt as have heard that some people have not been honoured the £5 in respect of the voucher when exchanging goods?

  • Talking about glitches, the wooden travel make-up brushes (Max - factor), again go through without purchasing Max factor products. This happened last year, wether they are left over stock or what I do not know.!

I bought a sandwich a drink and the brushes went through free this evening.

i think i must have had the wrong brushes when i tried this today as i was going to buy a mascara - 8.9, with points ovcouse to see if it would work but the SA tried and it came up as 9.99 i was like ill just leave them both thanks.

are they in a black wrap case?

Make your own Pot Noodles using a flower pot, sawdust and some old shoe laces. Pour in boiling water, stir then allow to stand for two minutes before taking one mouthful, and throwing away. Just like the real thing!

If you just wanna exchange it for a pot in new condition, then take it back with your receipt and I can't see there being any problem.
