It's not fair! I have been to the ACM every day for the past week, and it refuses to offer any Sanctuary vouchers for either my card or my OH's. Why do you think this is? Do you think if I printed off all the offers I DON'T want, it might give me different ones next time? I've tried different machines too. I wouldn't mind, but I bought 15 (yes you read that right - FIFTEEN) of the £10 sanctuary gift sets before Christmas, so there is definitely a history of Sanctuary purchases on my card.

Ideas anyone?

Wow that was easy. She didn't even ask what product/voucher they were for, but she's added the points and I can get them at the machine

From what you say it seems that the voucher will never scan when you only buy a £1 item. Is that right?

Has anyone actually used sanctuarys peeling mask before.Just thought i'd test mine and its like a hard lump inside the box which rattles when i shake it.I tried some on the back of my damp hand and waited 10minutes but no peeling effect-could i take it back it wasn't marked as damaged just clearance
