Would some lovely soul be kind enough to list when free gift sets are being given away with the premium beauty products? I live in a small town and although Im lucky enough to have a decent sized Boots, the only counter we have is a No7 one (and I wish we didnt have that so that I dont get evil looks from the dragons when I grab a wrap and run off to the suncare aisle!), so we dont have Clinique or Elizabeth Arden and the like. It would be nice to know for eg when there is a Clinique bonus time on etc, so I can go to our nearest city and get it from their Boots! I know some freebies are advertised on the website, but Ive known Boots.com and the stores to differ with their offers.

    Thanks in advance!!! :)
Your best bet is probably to just regularly check the thread.

From several years experience, offers tend to last a while and with Clinique and EA, they'll be discussed to death on here :D so if you check in every few days (especially on Post 1) you shouldn't miss too much.

I'd get the phone number of your nearest large store and give the girls on the relevant counters a call each week too.

Asked a year ago and they didn't, but may have changed since. :)

In a way im glad im ill. Since finding this brilliant thread Ive spent more time in boots than my own home. I have run out of excuses to tell OH where i was going.

I would like to thank all that have helped me as my points are fantastic now. Its taken me years of collecting to get to £100 on my card & in the last month Ive managed to at least double that. Now 2 of my children will get the ipod for their birthday that they have asked for. School will also benifit, Ive made up some lovely baskets thanks to the botanics offer & tesco coupons .

Hats off to all who find the glitches & spend time explaining to the rest of us how best to use coupons

Cooks chopping board set orginally £12. Was in clearance section with 1/2 marked price sign but scanned at £10 so didn't buy it.

Saw these tody in Fareham store, again with the 1/2 marked sign - but priced on the product 'clearance' at £5
They also had Cooks twin mug set with tea priced at £6, and also another gift pack which i think included kitchen scales at £12.

They had hardly any Sanctuary products, but was told that the whole range has been re-packaged in silver and these will be on display as from Monday.
So will be worth checking next week for reductions on the old packaging.

I just went to Boots and got a No 7 Glycol Peel @ £8.00 (1/2 price) and a free wrap as the till took the full price. I paid with my points and when I asked for a free voucher she said you dont get one of you pay with points. Is this right? I also bought 2 Boots throat lozenges bogof @ £1.35 each and bought my daughter a no 7 eyeshadow and spent £6.34 paid with points and handed over a 100 point voucher for cold items. When I got home I noticed sdhe had not added the points on and again did not give my a new voucher. Anybody know the rules with this one.
However I love Boots and have a large stash upstairs together with all my Tesco H & b and quit it toiletries.
    I also love MSE!!!

grrrr I've just looked at my receipt and I didn't get the 100 points for essential aromatherapy - is there anything that I can do? I know the SA took the voucher and scribbled across it to say it had been used.

Hi, this happened to me yesterday (twice!). I phoned customer services using the number on the back of the reciept, explained what I'd done and they added the points from their end. The lady was really nice - the voucher says "any product" so they will give points on the mini things I bought (for a quid) without any hassle even if they don't scan in store. So I got some lavender and cederwood body cremes for a pound each, plus my points added later on.

Thank you - I'll give them a call now. I bought the pillowmist and am fully intending to go back for as long as I can get the vouchers to stock up on the body cremes and bubble baths that I also saw for £1.
