Went into local Boots today and they have a shelf full of Bagpuss, at least a dozen if not more. Half price clearance only, i was fuming, so asked a sa why they are only half price and not 75% or even 90% as its being advertised all over the store. Applies only to xmas wrapping paper. :mad: Also said the stores across in the uk are selling them as 75% off.

I am so mad, it will be a waste of time calling cs and complaining that Boots seem to be charging different prices in every store. Am not paying £7.50 when lovely mse-ers here are getting them for £3.75:o

Anyway, am saving my last £5 voucher for thursday when i can hit the shops again and get that lovely no.7 freebie.

imy eyes have come up very puffy from the botanics stuff. But my OH just looks at me and said it was my own fault for being greedy, which was little consolation yesterday when I looked a mess.

however I ahve 1 little voucher left and ideally want burgandy bags but culd live with a new bag, what is my best option??????????

In all the shops were I stay bagpuss is still full price £15 I would love to get it 75 % off or even half price ! The shops have the right to reduce things depending on their areas & profit margins as each area has different sales.

I would be just happy with what i can get in my local stores , we have seen every boots store is different .

Just came back from boots with 5 bags full of stuff! had to stock up on suncare before the offer ended! lol! First store I've actually been to that had the 5.50 items! girl was so shocked when i only owed 50p! felt fantastic!:-D
Am looking forward to the new offers that will be on from tomorrow, hopefully there will be more glitches, it's fun!!

I had a voucher through from ebay yesterday, so went in and got 6 lip and eye shimmers (got about 20 of these now, lol), the Clarins SA was impressed, so I told her it exactly, so she's going to stock up!

Romford empty of gifts and vouchers, although they were holding a bucks fizz breakfast try for a woman today, and if she doesn't get it, they're holding it until end of tomorrow for me, I'd happily only get 50% off, I want one!

Got 2 little square botanics gift sets - reduced to 2.99, thought they were nice for gifts, and got 2 £6.99 moisturisers, and used my 2 100point extra vouchers, so I was a happy bunny ^^ Pity no vouchers left.... need to buy another off ebay for the new makeup freebie

The main thing I have learned is that Boots don't do national pricing, even on identical items. In my store, Glitter Babes items that have been 75% off elsewhere are still at full price.

That's fine, if frustrating, as long as the staff are aware, and don't try to make us feel as if we're trying to defraud the company by expressing surprise.

I guess all Boots SA's will be relieved to get January's offers out of the way.

Sorry if i upset anyone about the bagpuss bags, is just annoying though when the place is covered in 90% off all sale items posters and the only stuff in the 90% sale is wrapping paper.

Am up to my eyeballs in stress right now so please do forgive me if ive offended anyone.
