Romford empty of gifts and vouchers, although they were holding a bucks fizz breakfast try for a woman today, and if she doesn't get it, they're holding it until end of tomorrow for me, I'd happily only get 50% off, I want one!

Good luck with the tray - earlier in the week I saw a member of staff put a few gifts aside ready for the reductions. Hope that wasn't her one you saw. That appeared out of nowhere - not on the shelves when I saw her put it aside..... suppose the SAs deserve some perks.

I took my Liberty receipt for £7.xx spend to the Brewery and they had vouchers left. They let me have a voucher for today's spend and an earlier transaction from last week where Liberty had marked it 'voucher owed'. Lovely lady behind me in the queue saw me ask and instead of complaining about me holding her up, she gave me her voucher :D

P.S. Brewery, end of aisle near window - botanics self tan exfoliator 90p - worked with the moisturiser deal

I see someone has been in touch with customer services/is taking up with a store manager why they were refused a voucher in conjunction with a 3 for 2.

    Please think again.....

If you read the voucher YOU WILL SEE it is not MEANT to be used in conjunction with ANY other offer or discount. It is there is black or white.

If you tell CS/Store manager that you "have done it before" all you are doing is letting Boots know about the "glitches" that You, Me, EVERYBODY has taken advantage of in the last few weeks. NONE OF US ARE MEANT TO USE THEM IN CONJUNCTION. If an SA does their job right and refuses, accept it with good grace and move on. Kicking up a fuss only brings Boots ever closer to preventing glitches in the future....or knocking vouchers on the head altogether !

I realise the store manager is ringing you back but try and drop the subject because you are opening up a can of worms and in reality the sa that refused you WAS doing their job right.

I don't think this is me as I wasn't getting a call back, but I did complain today about a member off staff not taking the voucher, but that was a minor part of a bad experience with a very rude woman for being very rude to me on many occasions and not letting me get anything under £3 with the £3 voucher EVEN THOUGH IT WSN'T A MINATURE! I'm fed up of being spoken to and treated in this way. I didn't even do the 641 with her so she had no reason to be stoppy!

Hopefully she will be knocked down a peg or two!! ABOUT TIME!!

NOW I REALLY AM STRESSED!! :rotfl:
I'm getting older, and lifes getting harder!

Well, the SA seemed happy to take my name about it, so if it has gone, I shall be asking questions, its been there for over 3 weeks XD

Brewery have vouchers? Today was last day to give them out though apparently, I'll have to try and go over there on my lunchbreak tomorrow, see whats there!

I waited till Oh went out today and dashed off to do my last 6-4-1 except I'd followed someone elses advice and put all my vouchers in an envelope...which I'd left at home!
I was really despondent but decided to look into Boots any way - and they had the burgundy bags again at £3.25 and 3-4-2 so i got 3 for £6.50 and a voucher to get suncare (but I forgot about all the 250 points vouchers in the bags!) I got 6-4-1 on suncare, got a shampoo (-£3 ) found washmits - but £1.95 each but got two and two moisturisers, got another voucher! I went home not so despondent to collect vouchers to go to another Boots after lunch...no vouchers, they were in OH's car. Foiled again but it was a better day than I thought it would be

Sorry, should have posted this after lunch :(

Probably best to ignore me about the gifts - just me being peeved about seeing staff with stuff I wanted  Hope you get it.

vouchers in there are £2 of a £10 spend on luxury toiletires, e.g. fcuk, natural collection ted baker elle macphereson essential aromatherapy botanics and naked, sanctuary
and 250 points on hydra quench skincare

Oh and I used a 250pt voucher (from the maroon bag) and the woman gave me it back :)

whats the use by dates on the coupons inside the bag ?
  • can the new bag (from tomorrow) be purchased on its own?? or is it just free when you spend £15 ? ? ?

I must jinx myself, took 4 body buffers and 2 glossy locks with a reduced botanics pre-shave lotion, botanics moisturiser, and few other bits to the till and total came to £13.50, but I had worked it out at about £8.50?!! So queried it and SA ended up voiding 1st lot off and putting it through again and this time it worked, phew!!

Went to another shop then was drawn back into Boots again this time got 2 body buffers, 2 glossy locks and 2 lipscreens and few other bits. Spent over a fiver this time so got another voucher. Then it was awful as was actually fighting with my own body to leave the shop as my legs kept trying to walk back to the No7 bit to get more and use my last voucher!! I won in the end (just!) promising myself I would return later in the week and treat myself to some more make-up!!

Do you have to spend over £15 on No7 with the £5 voucher knocked off to get the new bag?
