defo an allergic reaction to somthing, but wonuldnt hold your breath getting a replacment from a different range, if you can email customer services and explain the problem ( might help to take some pics to email them to prove your not just after extra points) see what they say:confused:
I once had a reaction to a Boots-made product and emailed CS for help.

Their advice - take it back to Boots for a refund. (You should get a refund of equivalent current value on a giftcard).

Also of potential help, CS offered to provide me with a detailed breakdown of what was in the product and sample ingredients so that my doctor could do an allergy test.

Can you amend boots orders once they have been placed?

Hi it was me who is covered in bumps!!! its strange because ive used it (from different pots) for 5 days and then the last 2 days (from a diff pot) its made me come out in bumps - wonder if its just something in that batch?

cant really demand a refund on FREE moisturisers - and wouldnt have the cheek (!!) but would have a replacement for one of the other moisturisers that were on the free offer - but is that cheeky?

I came out in a reaction to the No7 Pre Holiday Face Serum, after nearly a week of using it.

I went back to No7 woman to show her and she said that she could clearly see it and that it takes your skin around a week to get used to a new product so wasnt surprised it took so long to show.

I emailed customer services and they told me to take it all back (i had bought a few last year on the BOGOF / No7 £5 voucher deal then). So i took them all back, said i had emailed, got a full refund of them all and then also recieved a £20 gift card from customer services with a very nice letter of apology.

So i have avoided the 6 4 1 on No 7 this year!!

Email them, tell them the story and see what they say.

  • Hi, Please can you tell me if you still get the free No7 gift if you buy over £15.00 No7 products using your points. Many Thanks, Nikki

Just been to manchester and they have the gorgoeus bags that are going on offer tomorrow? bought it on three for two, face wipes and used a £5 voucher, all went throught, It is fantastic, so much better then the lilac, although the foundation is a lot smaller, the eye shadow is a lovely colour, and the pencil is a nice size, very much a bag for the eyes this one, and such an improvement on the last one, and there are zip up conpartments

vouchers in there are £2 of a £10 spend on luxury toiletires, e.g. fcuk, natural collection ted baker elle macphereson essential aromatherapy botanics and naked, sanctuary
and 250 points on hydra quench skincare

Oh and I used a 250pt voucher (from the maroon bag) and the woman gave me it back :)
