I'm both entertained and horrified by this, being a landlady myself.
Thankfully I have a pretty good tennant, she doesn't cause me any hassles at all.
I think it's ridiculous of them to ask this, the only time they'd even have a leg to stand on is if it'd been weeks and they needed the oven (in which case do as others have said and get one of those on the counter jobbies).
They'll only eat chicken nuggets indeed. What is the world coming to.0 -

...so, generally, "good" Ts? That ought to count for something, even if their dining/cooking habits are limited.They've been in 18 months and are generally quiet and pay their rent on time.
Perhaps you could confirm that the parts should be available & fitted within 48/72 hours but say that if there should be further delays then of course you'll have a further chat with them.0 -
