  • Hi can i join please? ive got a sealed tin and haevent been counting it and i dont want to open it until i cant squeeze any more in. is about half full now. my nans been putting £2 coins in a bowl (much more disciplined than me - i have to have the sealed pot or i would spend it!) and when she counted it was over £400! hope i can do as well, Sarah

    I don't think there are any rules, it's a bit like a free for all where £2 coins are concerned - they never get spent, just rescued and rehomed via the banks and building societies. :rotfl: I THINK the object of the challenge is to see how many you can 'rescue' throughout the year and it's up to you what you do with the savings. It's fun, though! :beer: Hope you enjoy it and don't become too obsessed or addicted. I tend to prey on £2 coins now and am convinced that the world is out to hide them from me! :rotfl:
