I have one of these but ......... if you have a LOT of patience (and time) and a flat knife then you can tip it upside down, insert the knife and poke out all the £2.00 back through the hole ...... not like I have done this or anything :rotfl: :rotfl:

OH went to the pub last night and "saved" 2 x £2 coins he got in change for me:kisses2:

I got mine from a charity shop for £1.00 .... could not believe it when I saw it in the window .... I was sooooo happy for the rest of the day:D If you keep your eyes open I am sure you can pick up a bargin

Hi Di that was a great buy! I scour the charity shops for stuff to sell on so will be keeping an eye out for one - in the meantime I have a lovely little curly coated sheep that i got in the chairty shops for my £2's - ha ha - thats if I ever get any!!

I started saving £2 coins about 3 months ago, and I'll be using them to pay for a hotel at the airport before we go away on holiday in Nov.

The problem is that I'm saving them in a tin with just a slot - there's no way of getting them out unless I use a tin opener, so unfortunately I don't know how much I've saved!!

If I weighed it would anyone be able to tell me?!
