  • i am ex bankrupt myself and would love to join this forum if i can pls,but around the time i was made bankrupt it lasted two yrs or more but was quite simple if nerve racking, gettin back on feet now with mortgage etc but beware of expensive lenders, we are actually trying to get out of our mortgage into something cheaper, any ideas guys?

    Id like to hear about the mortgage issues.. Im on a mortgage all through Bankruptcy, and it isnt the beast deal.. around 7.5%.. Is that good... Id like to know if I can get better on discharge ?

    (Im in Neg EQ ... hence me being allowed to keep the house and mortgage)

    Never want to go through this again but had no choice ,can someone please help me with some answers.
    What about a bank account for my wage to go in who do i ask ?
    I split from my wife thats not to blame all her for mess but ,i was so silly ,so stupid with money and trying to keep her ran up these debts i'm not proud of ,wish i could turn clock back .
    We had joint building society account that i forgot to put down ,IT'S GOT ABOUT £10 INN. SHOULD I TELL THEM ?
    ALSO HAD CAR NOT ON HP BUT PERSONEL LOAN BAL OF ABOUT 7K,I SOLD IT TO PAY DEBTS TO FAMILY ALSO FOR DEP ON HER RENTED HOUSE ,IT'S DOWN ON FORMS BUT WORRIED SICK ABOUT IT .WHAT CAN I DO ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE .

    thanks how you do that i dont know ! I got account sorted over phone with co-op first direct were on phone to me today ,they wont have anything to do with me even though never went od it's moving fast or is it just me .
