the insolvency office mentioned we should open an account with the nationwide, they will have bankrupt customers,as we are having problems with RBS, the insolvency office has emailed them but the bank is still being a pain,"no we havent had anything from the insolvency office " so our money is still frozen,will have to go to the bank today to try to sort it out,,, and keep my cool :mad:

insolvency office has emailed RBS,several times,RBS say they havent had any emails or its gone to wrong email number/office. opened account with nationwide, they are happy to do so. just got to be patient i suppose, council tax will have to wait another week i guess,,lol0
