  • So you return the items via post, distance selling regulations state they would have to refund via payment method.

Yeah that's why i stated 'return somthing to store', plus i'm guessing the cost of the postage for the return would have to be covered by you but i'm not sure.

Just something worth thinking about as i reckon nobody keeps 100% of clothing they order online.
  • Please can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong awhen trying to enter birth details. There is a box to enter date of birth asking DD,MM YYYY,Tried entering details in a number of ways e>g 22/10/1966 22.10.1966 22,10,1966 will not accept any of these, not sure what to do now.

loooool thats exactly what happened to me ( see my earlier post ) I was confuzzled! lol ... Until I read it properly and worked it out that its just numbers only ;)

I've ordered from them before & its never happened so I blame being half with it due to my rotten cold at the moment!

Glad we got to the bottom of that mystery!!

Wow , that dress is gorgeous! Am tempted to get it to go with my vamp look for my Halloween outfit but it wouldn't arrive in time & I can't afford it anyway so am going to have to wear a black dress I already have which is not as stunning!! ( Fingers crossed my cold gets better & I actually make it out for partying on Saturday ) x
  • Last time I returned a £2.99 dress to store & was given store credit but luckily found another lovely summer dress in the sale for £4 so was happy to pay the £1.01 extra for it

This time I hope the jacket fits as I don't want just £13 store credit for another jacket!!!

Me too....It's a bit annoying that that is the only way they will let you return it to store. Very old fashioned concept really.
Actually, I think I have a credit note lost in my purse somewhere.....
