do you have an order pending? If so they automatically adjust it to combine orders in saving shipping.

Yes! I placed an order in my name and my husbands name and used the same credit card, I have done this in the past and have always received my orders.

Do you guys think they'll honour this?! Or cancel it? No harm in trying eh? :D I hope this made sense!

I had an order pending which totalled just over £3 but when I logged in today it had disappeared - they didn't even send me a cancellation email! :(

It might not have been cancelled, their order history section is dodgy apprently, someone had mentioned it in a previous H&M thread ;)

So I made an order using the 50% off code and the £5 off code. I let it go into "pending orders". So it comes out like this:

    Items: 6
    Order value: £49.94
    Discount: -£39
    Total incl. discount: £10.94
    Delivery charge: £3.90
    Total: £14.84

Then just to experiment, I clicked "Edit" and removed all the items and kept in only one £1.99 item (which in my case is a Hello Kitty soft toy http://www.hm.com/gb/product/93709?article=93709-A&variant=000 ) and saved the basket. It has kept the codes/discounts I added to the order, and doesn't alert me about minimum delivery charges or anything. And it now says:

    Order value: £3.99
    Discount: -£7.50
    Total incl. discount: £-3.51
    Delivery charge: £3.90
    Total: £0.39

This is in my Pending Orders now and delivery is expected 31 Oct - 4 Nov.

Do you guys think they'll honour this?! Or cancel it? No harm in trying eh? :D I hope this made sense!
I'm sure this could also work with other £1.99 items such as the jumper, but like I said, I have no idea if they'd honour it!

    Edit:
I just tried it with a 99p Nail varnish.

..I doubt they'll be honouring this. They really need to sort their site out hahah. :D

Hi, how did you manage to get £39 discount from a total of £49.94?
  • Can you use the £5 code on the same account more than once?
