hiya i would like to exchange a coat which i ordered using the discounts for a bigger size at my local store.
will they let me do that?
worried coz of the discounts etc.
also has anyone tried the codes today?xxx

i read in the £1.99 jumpers thread that there is a lady that tried them today and it worked !.
I have tried to exchange things with HM store, and because of the discounts they dont know ! I have a bag that i would love to exchance but dont think they would allow it, it is £14.99 and i paid £7.50 for it.

I don't know why they wouldn't let you exchange to the full value of the item. You bought the bag at 14.99 but it was 7.50 after discounts. If you had bought anything else instead at 14.99 it also would've been 7.50 after the discount. So your exchange value on that item should be 14.99. Now, if they were to refund you, that should only be 7.50 (but of course h&m doesn't do refunds in store, you'd have to mail it back for that).

I tried to exchange a pair of shorts ordered on line for a pair in a different size in store, because they were £2 more in store than discounted online, I was forced to pay the difference, which I did to avoid the length it takes to receive through post. So in effect you will lose any discount and pay full store costs if you try in store.

gave it a go and it didnt work. decided to stick with what i had as i got it for so cheap!
