H&M 50% off 1 item + £5 off and a 3 day 50% off sale! (merged)

Just to let you all know, I placed an order yesterday for a cardigan, a bracelet and a necklace. I used both codes (50% and £5 off) and I have just logged on to my account and it says that my order was despatched today!

I haven't received a confirmation e-mail of despatch yet however, and was wondering (as this is my first shop with H&M) if they send these out.

That's exactly what I did. Also sent an email about breach of contract because they changed the price after they confirmed the order. Not holding my breath. WHat a stupid lot.

To top it off, they don't have a warehouse in UK so that's why it takes so long to ship; they have to ship from Sweden!

Has to be £6 after all discounts added to basically a minimum spend of around £10 per order....

I also did an order yesterday for a £49.99 winter jacket, i used the 50% code which i had sent to me by post , and the £5 code and i looked this morning as i thought i may add another item but it said my order was being dispatched, wow that was very quick,

for the people who cannot find their pending orders, sometimes they dissapear, seems a issue with the site but best way to find out is to check your balance found on the bottom left hand side on your account page, it will show your account balance so should give you an idea if they are sending your order or cancelled it,
hope every one gets what they want,

I ordered a coat for 34.99 and a jacket for 25 after putting in the discount codes....today when i logged into my account it said they have dispatched my jacket but the cost of the jacket is now 48 with delievery....i have got their email which says the jacket is for 28...what should i do now

Just been looking through H&m and yes I know it's winter but there are a couple of cheap beachwear things you could put away. Hope these help someone.

Thanks OP! I bought a lovely skirt from H&M ages ago but it got destroyed in my new washing machine. They still have it on their website so I have reordered it for £11 all in rather than £18.95 :j Now I just need to remember to hand wash it only!!

My order has disappeared, not showing as pending or in order history. is there any point in contacting them to ask what has happened or should I just presume its cancelled.

I ordered on Monday and my order wasnt showing in pending. Checked again today and now has appeared and showing dispatached. Very very happy :j!! Thanks op.

open your My H&M (account) then on the bottom left hand side you will see 'My Balance' does it show anything there ?
