I applied online on Thursday, and the account is showing when I log in to online banking. However, I am assuming that I will receive further info in the post re: account no. etc so I can set up a standing order. Does anyone know how long it takes?0

I opened mine last week and received a card with the details after a few days. It appeared on my online banking as well and I can do instant transfers from my nationwide current account.0

I've got my card now

I got my card yesterday. I am hoping that there will be some sort of "Welcome" letter that makes it clear what info I need to give my bank to set up a standing order (I find BS account no.s/sort codes a bit confusing!)0

I received no further letter (or a PIN yet). However the details are on the card, at the bottom. The sort code is 07-00-30 (on the left hand side), and the account number is the 8 digit number in the middle section. You will then need to specify the account name, also on the card.MrsMillar wrote:I got my card yesterday. The YBS maximum limit was, I remember, around 3 years worth of contributions (£18k). I remember it being somewhere around £20k, certainly not £300k

Just wonder, has anyone yet had it trickle to Microsoft Money downloads?
I thought it was because you have to wait a day for transactions to appear on MS money but it ain't downloading yet.0 -
Thanks for the warning StuSter - I'll get on with it! (Just got to decide what to do with my Bonus Saver now - close and transfer balance to Icesave, methinks.)0
