Without putting too many details...a 9 year old basic economy hatchback...so very little! They paid cash.
In that case there will be no support for the buyer from Paypal/Ebay
Although as a seller you would be unable to leave negative FB for the buyer, he may not realise that and suspect if he gives negative you will respond likewise, so hold back untill all is resolved before.

If you get one, THEN you can decide how much, if anything, you think he might be owed.
