He's right, Mum-in-law tried to call sis everyday that she didn't hear from her and for sis, it was like her Mum didn't trust her, she couldn't see it from our side in that we were worried, it did make the situation worse as well.

Hi. Just an update. Seems like she is not still with the guy. He has moved out. Has paid the back rent and has promised to pay all the debt off. she is still communicting with him as obviously it is her only hope of getting the money back. She is obviously finding it hard as she is on her own and will have to find the huge rent herself. She is locked in until June with the rent. she is working out her options, either get someone to share, or just to live on next to nothing. All your advice was gratefully accepted. It has helped me to step back, not bombard her with questions. she has been over a couple of times, so we are still together as a family. I hope the guy does pay up and does keep his word. I have my doubts but we will have to see. For now the subject is closed. Thanks again, everyone.
