    If they couldn't look at a shelf label, look at the physical item you had bought, look at what the till had charged and 'grasp' what was wrong, they shouldn't really be on the CS desk.

    Well I'm not saying that they are educationally sub-normal, but sometimes you do feel like letting rip............That's why I went out & sat in the car & calm, placid OH dealt with it.:cool:
