This is what we believe as I've said the till was spitting out/scanning & printing out unreduced prices. The confusion on the staff's part was that there were several items & varieties above the shelf that had the offer notice & they couldn't quite grasp that the till was wrong.
If they couldn't look at a shelf label, look at the physical item you had bought, look at what the till had charged and 'grasp' what was wrong, they shouldn't really be on the CS desk.0 -
Well I'm not saying that they are educationally sub-normal, but sometimes you do feel like letting rip............That's why I went out & sat in the car & calm, placid OH dealt with it.:cool:0
