50 comps this week, works out at 7 comps a day, u really need to up that to at least 50 a day to get some sort of win back x

I echo the others i enter around 100 a day and all i've won this month is some collection 2000 lipgloss & a packof skittles and similar little thing last month ( eek no brain i've totally forgotten what I won) but then in august I won a £200 trampoline and January a lovely mobile and plan b tickets/afterparty so am sure something else lovely will be mine in good time. I dream of getting a big run of prizes as lots seem to on here but its all the luck of the draw so keep on entering, dont give up xx

Definitely agree with others. Increasing your comps increases your chances! I enter competitions I'd like to win and lots of the little bits and pieces you see on Facebook etc. I only have about half an hour a day to do comping so miss lots but always get excited when I see that I've won - even if it's nit spray or a bag of skittles!! Yes, I'd love to win an ITV competition, could really do with a new TV or an XBox for Christmas, but happy to get the emails for the little bits too.

Yeah you definitely need to up your game, I go back 20 pages daily & enter every comp I fancy. But in saying that I've had a real quiet few months.

yeah you need to up the amount you enter, although that doesnt guarantee a win either tho. i enter the ones ending the next day, the daily enter ones, the postal ones and the regularly updated ones everyday it is ALOT and it takes me hours and i havent had any wins since 26th july i am seriously thinking of giving up for a while because it is becoming quite depressing i have always done this as a hobbie and the wins are just nice bonuses but when you have NOTHING to show for your hours of effort in months and months and months it starts to be more of a chore. i have even stopped jumping when a delivery van drives passes as i know it isnt for me any more

hope you get a win soon, skittles is a win tho at least you can post in the "what have we all won in october" thread... i will be posting nothing...again for the 3rd month running! just keep trying and hopefully you will win something nice soon

im on at least 50 aday inc dailys,postals, comps as posted, comps by date ending n nothing for october here either its a mix of luck and volume i believe

Yes it is luck, but to a certain extent you make your own luck. Make sure you work through the dailies every day. The majority of my wins come from daily comps, especially those on Facebook - I've had 4 from Anchor this month alone and last month had 6 from Crunchy Nut for example.

It does also seem to go in phases. Earlier in the year I was winning infrequent but larger prizes. The last month I'd had very little but then this week had 8 prizes which although added together are worth less than £30 are great to keep me motivated.

In all honesty 50 per week is a lot lower than lots on here.Some enter hundreds & still do not win.I do not make a note now but in 2010 I entered 20,000 plus comps,not including the multiples like ITV & TAB etc.I won about thirty times but nothing massive.
When I first started comping I entered about 100 per week but still won a holiday to New York though :-)
