  • Had a good long think about my life over the last few weeks and the massive debts I have got over the years, and I am going completely old style, I have been lurking here now for a while and my mind is made up time to sort it out.

Had a good start to the day, lovely neighbour offered me as many windfall bramleys as I wanted, and I ended up stewing them this morning, and made 6 medium sized foil trays, freezing for pies, crumbles etc. Eating reduced chicken breasts wrapped in bacon, (that was in a foil tray, so I will wash and keep for freezer, and for tea pizza muffins with reduced muffins, I have found someone local where I can get free range eggs £1.40 a dozen, so instead of £1.10 for 6 at my local spar I will get some of hers every week, inbetween decluttering, for ebay, so my journey begins.:)

Afternoon all, hope everyone's day is going ok and hugs to all those that need them.

Really struggling to get my @rse into gear today, am supposed to be doing some housework but just really cba. Have been to @sda (only buying things from my list, based on the meal plan for the week :))

There's some washing blowing about the line and a bit of ironing to do, will be surprised if I get anything else done today as have a total lack of motivation.

Bought my first christmas present yesterday :j, guess it's a start!

OH will be back from football soon so might try and drag him out for a walk, it's quite a nice day here... if a bit breezy.

Right, will stop rambling now and try and get that ironing done. Take care all, looking forward to hearing some baby news soon!

Welcome Fairyface and well done on deciding to change your financial position. Everyone here will help with various bits of advice if you need any.

Beef & Mushroom stew in the SC, lentil soup just finished (tastes good). Went to A"da for milk and coffee but bought a ltr of gin and spiced rum ready for Xmas (£13 each). May get some more for pressies.

Sorted paperwork that has been bugging me for weeks, didn't take long and wish I had done it before now. Take care. XX

OH and I are off to the afternoon boot sale, got a few stocking fillers there last week, so hope to do the same today, we also need to pop into PC world, to have a look at the computer we want, still waiting for one chap to pay on Ebay, then we can order it :T,

R-R I would post on the Techie Board and see what they think to the one you have selected. They may have some other options. Not a fan of PCW or their "service". DG

Afternoon all and best wishes to those before and after.

Got up feeling human after three days of feeling like death warmed up - chest infection and some kind of stomach problem that I won't go in to at lunch time, lol

Alarm going off somewhere at 7am, but since I slept most of yesterday it was nice to get an early start and feel awake and alive. Chickens out and dogs and child fed, left DH to sleep until 10:30! a miracle for him. Somehow managed to think to stick a frozen joint of beef and a couple of pints of gravy in the slow cooker last night and it was completely cooked and smelled terrific this morning - I'm so pleased with myself :)

done two loads of laundry that are out on the line and I've run a bath because we're all still in our PJ's even though it's after 2pm! how did it get that late all of a sudden? No matter though, I don't need to go to the shop, no one has work or school tomorrow and dinner's already 90% done.

    Good start.

Now I just need to pick up the garden (dogs), clean the chicken, hoover and get every one run through the bath - like a sheep dip, lol. Oddly no one can manage to do anything when Momma is ill, it's like the whole world stops.

Have good days people. Hugs to those that need them.

Hope Betheebee DD has managed during the night:D, I was going to have home birth but couldn`t n the end....just as well, wouldn`t fncy over 11lb getting stuck at home:eek:lol

My friend took manuka and swore by it. This is the girl who has had pneumonia more times than I care to mention, endless chest infections and had so many chest xrays it's tanned her skin
Not a cure but it's bl00dy good stuff. I dont suppose your sleeping pattern helps either. However I learned from Cerebra that the deep sleep you have before midnight is better quality than the deep sleep after. Doesn't do much for marital relations but an early night will always help xxx

Not much going on here. Been to another kids party.
Have discovered Pintrest. I assume you can load you own pics or choices to it can't you??? I for see another time suckage in this
Nothing major on the OS front, want to make onion chutney but since I'll be working all next week it will have be put on hold til kids go back.

    Hugs and spoons all round.

    Beth exciting stuff xxx
