Just curious as to how much you lovely ladies spent on your dress, I went from not wanting an actual wedding dress to putting down a deposit on a gorgeous £400 gown today

I tried on a good few dresses all in the same a line style and found the designer I liked. All the dresses I liked were about £1000, the cheapest one I could find was £600

I then managed to find the designer on eBay and even better found a bargain dress! It was £1250 rpr and I bought it on buy it now for £100!! It's a beautiful classic dress, completely plain but I plan to add some detail to it and have it altered. Quite a bargain I reckon! :j:j
I'm not getting married until 2013 but it was such a bargain I had to buy it:rotfl: it fits as well but I'm planning on having it altered if I loose weight
Saving my pennies for my wedding on 10th August 2013!

Mine was in the shop for £1250 but by buying the brides maids dress in the same shop i got it for £1088. Aslong as i adjust my heel height alterations are capped at £89. I originally budgeted £500 but thought id pick up a sample dress for £350. Didnt really work out like that!0
