I actually have experience with the original TalkTalk Mobile product and although we dont have direct access to thier systems (at present) I do understand how the processes work from a general sense and therefore can base intial advise on this.

As such if any mobile issues are directed to us on the forum we will do our best to provide intial information and also direct the query to the relevant department, should this be necessary.


We can also field queries from any TT Group product, such as AOL, Ex-Tiscali and Ex-Pipex customers. The exception being TalkTalk Business who are managed on a different billing platforms to which only the TTB teams have access, this reflects the differences in processes between the Business and Residential services.




This is in additon to the full end to end management of faults without the need to escalate through 1st and 2nd line technical support levels. We deal with all aspects of both 1st and 2ndline checks within the same forum threads, raising to the network teams and coordinating Open Reach engineers as necessary.
