I started on these forums to provide people with help and advice regarding DLA......just sick and tired of seeing people complaining and slagging off DWP and their employees. The majority of "them" are normal hardworking people just trying to earn a crust and doing what they do to the best of their ability.

Don't you think MP's have enough to deal with without people with nothing better to do trying constantly pick holes in rules and regulations?

It seems the majority (not all) of people on this forum these days have a huge bag of King Edwards on their shoulder spending their days wallowing in self pity and acting like the government's sole aim is to make their life difficult. Maybe people should see the bigger picture and be thankful for what they do have rather than moaning about what they don't. Just a thought.

I am so glad where not in Germany 1934-1945, but you're not! I mean, us crips and those with their kids should go and hide ourselves away in some institution or hovel!!!!!!

    1. My email to my MP was about a Minister and the DWP making highly misleading statements about DLA, to justify abolishing it. As I said to my MP, I am not affected by the proposed changes.

    2. Just what do you think an MP's job is, anyway? And how do you think they do it? (Hint: they have assistants.)

    3. Whether people should be thankful for what they have surely depends on what they do have.

Whether people should be thankful for what they do have depends on what they have. It is not for you to say they should.

    4. You don't have to read this part of the forum, if it disgusts you so much, stay away.

    Earth calling planet ZiggaZee.

Where are people in this thread doing as you say?
[greenhighlight]but it matters when the most senior politician in the land is happy to use language and examples that are simply not true.
    [/greenhighlight][redtitle]
The impact of this is to stigmatise people on benefits,
and we should be deeply worried about that

I hope it isn't. That is one of the most widely abused mental conditions that people use to claim DLA and CIC.

Been there, done it and got myself out of it with sheer determination, NOT with more money being poured into my back pocket!
