Or trawl this forum to find out what someone else has posted previously.....in the vein hope of embarassing or intimidating them.

    wasn't vain though, was it?

Well yes, it was "vein".....I'm not the least bit embarassed nor intimidated by my lifestyle or previous posts. Anyway, must be off now.....shopping with friends and then onto a party this fine evening. Enjoy complaining :-)

Glad you have such a busy and successful and fulfilled life and can still find time to watch Mount Pleasant and Hollyoaks. When I had a job, I hardly ever watched TV.

Now I'm disabled and housebound, I can easily find ten minutes to email my MP.

I thought you meant "vain", I certainly did. I'm afraid I can't make sense of "vein", here.

Aww....bless your cotton socks.....this thread aint really taken off has it. Never mind, feel free to continue sl*gging me off.

"He" is in fact a "she" and has never been sad enough to set foot in a bingo hall in her life. Tis indeed a fine evening where I am.

Never claimed dole, wouldn't have a clue how to......never needed to. Have a goodnight everyone :-)

I know someone very close to me that thought like you, went on a night out and 4 drinks later was horrifically attacked in the middle of the street and has not worked for 10 years from the sustained injuries.

They soon found out how twisted the DWP are & bingo halls would be better than being housebound....dont take for granted what the gods can and do take away ;)
SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe ;)

    diamonds,

    - you really have a thing about the graphic description of violence and the like, are you aware of your tenancies ? in #14 here you say """ hope your partner never beats you to a pulp and within an inch to your life and leaves you struggling with your health for life because of thier "outbursts """.
Disclaimer : Everything I write on this forum is my opinion. I try to be an even-handed poster and accept that you at times may not agree with these opinions or how I choose to express them, this is not my problem. • Ziggazee - This was posted on the disability section, a lot of disabled people have to deal with the DWP so the thread is completely relevant and probably useful for a lot of people on this section of MSE. Unfortunately a lot of the time people have to resort to getting their MP involved because no one wants to listen to the individual as they are not deemed important enough. And frankly, what are the MP's for if not to support their constituency and listen to the concerns of the people living within it? (rhetorical question)

If you are neither disabled nor interested in the concerns of disabled people then you can sod off back to your so-called perfect yet entirely ignorant life.

I started on these forums to provide people with help and advice regarding DLA......just sick and tired of seeing people complaining and slagging off DWP and their employees. The majority of "them" are normal hardworking people just trying to earn a crust and doing what they do to the best of their ability.

Don't you think MP's have enough to deal with without people with nothing better to do trying constantly pick holes in rules and regulations?

It seems the majority (not all) of people on this forum these days have a huge bag of King Edwards on their shoulder spending their days wallowing in self pity and acting like the government's sole aim is to make their life difficult. Maybe people should see the bigger picture and be thankful for what they do have rather than moaning about what they don't. Just a thought.
