You must live in the North East I guess?

I did ask for a link to these £30k houses and advice on what they could make in rental .... as, to be honest, £30k is pocket money - I could buy a street full without blinking and maybe rent out at a yield of 15%+

Please point me to a link .... because if you're not buying - I AM!! Some people do, some people miss out on life .........

Do you own research like the rest of us have too?
If you could buy a street full I would be buying a lovely palace in the South and living the life of Riley.

Just asking you to back up your £30k properties ...... you have failed to on a few occassions now - I didn't get rich buying properties in run down places which cannot be rented out .... I don't rent to Social Tennants see?

And I'm only 'quite' wealthy because I do rather than talk about things .. talk is cheap. Waiting for things to happen is the main thing I have noticed about the younger generations - in my day we knew that things only happen when you make them happen.

So why dont you make the search for £30k properties happen in your browser...... and stop waiting for it to happen, as I have been told things only happen when you make them happen.

Yes i waited for the crash to happen.

Dont buy around here because everybody is being made redundant and ending up on the dole, social tenants is all you would get.

On a number of occasions i have told you to check rightmove for properties under 50k.

You seem not to want to do this.

    Make it happen:rotfl:

Generally I get people to do the work for me, but if you don't want a hole to be blown in your argument I can see your reluctance to show your hand.
