The online tracking is still showing nothing about my package - I tried phoning today but i cannot seem to get through to a person!!
It's driving me crazy0 -

the phone lines are open from 9am to 5.30pm....or use the "contact us" option on the tracking page
sorry, there is no point us speculating what the problem might/could be....you will need to speak to parcelforce to find what the problem is.0 -

You can.
According to this page there are 3 zones and exceptions within which delivery cannot be guaranteed in 48 hours.
I'd be more concerned about the collection details not showing up.0 -

Err have you been out of the country? RM's monopoly ended on the first of January 2006!!!
I hope the OP gets the problem resolved, the online tracking system is fairly new and still has a few 'bugs' ringing them would be the best idea.0 -

I have already called them BUT CANNOT get through to a person - Its just a computerised telephone system thing - how do I get through to an actual person at Parcelforce?0 -
